Description
The Supreme Dual Overdrive was developed in collaboration with world-renowned tone connoisseur Matt Schofield, with the goal of creating two ultimate overdrive voices in a single pedal. Seamlessly switchable with one footswitch, the Supreme delivers exceptional versatility for expressive and dynamic playing.
The A side is inspired by Mad Professor’s iconic Royal Blue Overdrive, offering a smooth boost to low-gain overdrive tones. It is perfectly voiced for neck pickups, providing clarity, warmth, and touch sensitivity ideal for expressive lead and rhythm work.
The B side is a completely new design, delivering a fat, dynamic tone with a power-amp-like response and exceptional headroom. Optimized for bridge pickups, it provides punch, definition, and authority in any playing situation.
Each side features its own highly flexible EQ section with independent Bass and Treble controls, allowing precise tone shaping. The pedal’s switching design enables effortless transitions between two distinct gain and volume levels. When engaged in stacking mode, the Supreme becomes a powerful gain and compression machine, delivering rich, saturated tones when needed.
From subtle boost and expressive low-gain drive to high-headroom punch and stacked saturation, the Supreme Dual Overdrive offers a wide range of musical possibilities — leaving it entirely up to the player how to use its full potential.
Controls
- Toggle switch – Selects overdrive operation between stacked mode and either/or mode.
Both OD sides:
- VOLUME – Sets the output level.
- DRIVE – Adjusts the amount of overdrive and distortion.
- TREBLE – Controls the high-frequency content.
- BASS – Controls the low-frequency content.
